We recommend business casual attire for all events. It should be warm in Dallas, but convention centers, meeting rooms, and restaurants are notoriously well air conditioned. Most people prefer to wear polo & slacks or a dress, some prefer shorts and a long-sleeve shirt or jacket to put on in case the meeting spaces get a bit cool.
The Las Colinas Entertainment District is a short walk from the ICC and some evenings can have a slight nip in the air.
If there is a decent chance of rain and thunderstorms during the week, plan to bring an umbrella to walk between the ICC and other activities.
The venue, many hotels, and local restaurants are all within a 1-15 minute walk from each other.
No need to rent a car! Just take an Uber, Lyft, taxi, or Shuttle in and you'll be good to go.
