What's the timeline?

Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025: Educational content from 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM, Expo Hall Reception from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, and Summit Kickoff Dinner from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM.

Thursday, April 24th, 2025: Education Sessions, Vendor Presentations, and Workshops from 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM and an Expo Hall Reception from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

Need to fly in? We recommend flying in Tuesday the 22nd and an evening flight out the 25th or a morning flight out the 26th.
The venue, hotels, and many local restaurants are all within a 1-5 minute walk from each other. No need to rent a car! Just take an Uber or Shuttle in and you'll be good to go.
